Cookies are only used on our website to store a list of the items you put in your shopping basket and their quantities. No personally identifiable data is stored.
SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION
We do not store any financial details about our customers. All of our payments are conducted via PAYPAL and so your financial information is not made available to us. We are only aware how you pay for the items you have bought and if the payment has been authorised successfully by PAYPAL. We think this will provide customers with reassurance as PAYPAL is a well respected and recognised name in e-commerce payment solutions.
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
ACCESSING AND UPDATING
You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

DELIVERY POLICY
We will dispatch your order by post. Within the UK, you can usually expect delivery within 2 working days. International orders can take between 7 and 15 working days. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.
All postage costs are based on the weight of the package and the postage cost associated, we use recorded post for items valued at over £5 to make sure they arrive safe and sound. Pleas note that we do add a small amount to each order for packaging but this is just so we can send your products safely in well padded envelopes.costs.
Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
